Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Set box of puff pastry out to thaw 30 minutes before using.<br \/>\n2. Place dough on parchment paper, sprinkle with flour. Roll out dough into a 9&#215;13 rectangle. Score one inch border around edge of tart. Brush border with egg.<br \/>\n3. Roll out second sheet to the same size. Cut 4 &#8211; 1 inch strips &amp; layer around the outer edge of tart. Brush with egg wash, sprinkle with Bagel Seasoning.<br \/>\n4. Smear cream cheese evenly over middle of the tart.<br \/>\n5. Mix remaining egg, Ricotta, Parmesan, parsley, garlic salt &amp; pepper together. Fill middle of tart with the mixture.<br \/>\n6. Place artichokes evenly over filling. Add fresh mozzarella into crevices &amp; drained capers over top.<br \/>\n7. Bake 20-25 minutes until golden. If border starts to brown, tent entire tart loosely with aluminum foil. 8.
