Mix the rest of the ingredients except chicken and oil.<br \/>\nMake a smooth paste. Add chicken in. And marinate for at least 4 hours or preferably all night.<br \/>\nFry it in the oil. You can shallow fry as well.<br \/>\nFor chili oil: Take Kashmiri chili flakes in a bowl along with some salt and paprika and set aside heat 1\/3 cup oil when it\u2019s heated pour it over the chili flakes and mix well.
