Drain, rinse and set aside.<br \/>\nPress the saute button, add the oil and allow it to heat up for a minute. Add the onion and whole spices along with bullion and green chili.<br \/>\nStir-fry for 2-3 minutes, or until the onion are translucent. Then add the rice, peas, water and salt.
