{"id":9823,"date":"2022-05-17T07:36:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-16T23:36:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9823"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:49:38","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:49:38","slug":"lahori-anda-kofta-chana-thebukharigirls","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/lahori-anda-kofta-chana-thebukharigirls","title":{"rendered":"Lahori Anda Kofta Chana"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Lahori Anda Kofta Chana Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For spice mix<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1 tbsp coriander seeds<br \/>\n1 tbsp cumin seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp dry fenugreek leaves<br \/>\n3-4 cloves<br \/>\n1 black cardamom<br \/>\n1\/2 inch cinnamon stick<br \/>\nSalt according to taste<br \/>\n<em><strong>For kofta<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n300 gram chicken Mince<br \/>\n1\/2 Onion<br \/>\n1 Bread Slices<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic paste<br \/>\n1 tsp Red Chili Powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Cumin Powder<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n<em><strong>For Chana Masala<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n500 gram boiled chickpeas<br \/>\n1 tbsp Ginger Garlic Paste<br \/>\n2 Tbsp clarified butter (ghee)<br \/>\n1 tsp Turmeric Powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp Red Chili Powder<br \/>\n4 hard boil eggs<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n<em><strong>For tempering<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n3 Tbsp clarified butter (ghee)<br \/>\nSpice mix prepared<\/p>\n<h2>Methods<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For Meat Balls<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nChop all the ingredients together under the meat balls<br \/>\nNow make meat balls then take a cooking pan fry the meat balls in a pan on a low flame and set aside.<br \/>\n<em><strong>For spice mix<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nDry roast all the ingredients under spice mix. Add salt right before grinding. Make coarse spice mix and set aside<br \/>\n<em><strong>For chana gravy<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\nHeat oil in a pan.<br \/>\nAdd ginger garlic paste once it\u2019s aromatic and golden brown add turmeric and red chili<br \/>\nAdd prepared koftas and cook for few minutes.<br \/>\nAdd boiled chick peas cook for a minute then add water and let it cook on high heat.
