When they start spluttering add chick peas, curry powder, chili powder and some salt in pan and cook until chickpeas are all coated in spices and all the water is dry.<br \/>\nIn the same pan add 1 chopped onion and rest of the oil. Add spinach and let the water reduce.<br \/>\nI blended spinach just a personal preference but if you like it chunky don\u2019t grind.<br \/>\nAdd tomato pure\u0301e in spinach and cook until tomatoes are cooked.<br \/>\nAdd chickpeas and in spinach and cover it on low flame for 8-10 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>Optional Terka<\/h2>\n<p>In a separate pan take some oil and heat it add some garlic in it. Cook until garlic is golden and put it on top of spinach before serving.<br \/>\nI\u2019m serving spinach with soyabean rice, daal papar, strawberry Raita, vege shami kabab.
