{"id":9761,"date":"2022-05-15T08:02:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-15T00:02:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9761"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:49:59","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:49:59","slug":"beef-bulgogi-quesadilla-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/beef-bulgogi-quesadilla-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Beef Bulgogi Quesadilla"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Beef Bulgogi Quesadilla Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>500 gr sliced beef<br \/>\n1\/3 cup chopped green onion<br \/>\n1 Carrot, julienned<br \/>\n1\/4 cup chopped Chilies<br \/>\n3-4 tbsp neutral oil<br \/>\nTortillas sheets<br \/>\nShredded chedder cheese<\/p>\n<h2>Beef Marinade<\/h2>\n<p>2 cm ginger, grated<br \/>\n1\/2 onion<br \/>\n100 gr pear<br \/>\n4 Garlic cloves<br \/>\n3-4 tbsp brown sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp toasted sesame seed<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 green onion<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n2 tsp Gochugaru korean chili flakes<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp msg (optional)<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Blend all beef marinade ingredients until smooth, mix well with the sliced beef<br \/>\n2. Marinate beef for 30 mins, ideally overnight<br \/>\n3. Heat oil in a wok or pan, stir fry the beef until done<br \/>\n4. Add carrot and cook until slightly wilted<br \/>\n5. Off the heat, stir in green onion and chilies<br \/>\n6. Heat a medium pan, over the lowest heat, place a tortilla sheet<br \/>\n7. Add some cheese on half of the tortilla, top with some beef bulgogi, then more cheese on top<br \/>\n8. Flip the other half of the tortilla to close, cook for few seconds and flip, fry the other side<br \/>\n9. remove and cut it into half.
