Add everything into a pot and cook until thicken<br \/>\n2. Transfer everything into a bowl and refrigerate overnight<br \/>\n3. The next day, mix yogurt and sweetener (if needed)<br \/>\n4. Place yogurt on one side and add \u2018sand\u2019 on top<br \/>\n5. Place cacao nibs on top of the oatmeal<br \/>\n6.
