Cut the bok choy in half lengthwise<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a large skillet, distribute evenly with spatula or brush<br \/>\n3. Place bok choy cut side down in pan. When white bulb has brown sear marks (about 2 minutes) flip for another minute.<br \/>\n4. Place oyster sauce, honey, garlic and ginger in a small saucepan, heat and simmer just a minute. Add a couple tablespoons of water if you wish to thin the sauce out.<br \/>\n5. Arrange bok choy on serving dish.
