Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Bake sweet potatoes for 1 hour. Lower temperature to 350.<br \/>\n2. Cut each orange in half and hollow them out with a spoon. Reserve the sections and juice from one orange for the sweet potato mixture. You may need to cut an even sliver from the bottom of the orange to make it sit flat.<br \/>\n3. Mash the sweet potatoes. Mix with orange juice concentrate, the juice and sections from 1 orange, the butter, maple syrup, brown sugar, vanilla, cinnamon, nutmeg, eggs, salt and pepper.<br \/>\n4. Fill cups to the rim.<br \/>\n5. Top with marshmallows<br \/>\n6.
