Mix rolled oats with salt and water, then microwave on high for 2 mins with lid<br \/>\n2. Blend other ingredients together, add more hot water\/ milk if needed<br \/>\n3. Transfer everything to a bowl<br \/>\n4. Cut the mint protein bar and place them on top<br \/>\n5.
