{"id":9438,"date":"2022-05-12T06:50:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T22:50:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9438"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:50:46","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:50:46","slug":"mushroom-masala-colourme_aesthetic","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/mushroom-masala-colourme_aesthetic","title":{"rendered":"Mushroom Masala"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Mushroom Masala Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>400gms mushrooms<br \/>\n2 tbsp butter\/ghee<br \/>\n3 cloves<br \/>\n2 cardamom<br \/>\n1 stick cinnamon<br \/>\n1 large white onion<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves<br \/>\n1 inch ginger<br \/>\n3\/4 cup tomato puree<br \/>\n1 tsp cumin powder<br \/>\n1 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n1\/2-1 tsp chilli powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp garam masala<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n3 tbsp cream<br \/>\n1 tbsp roasted fenugreek leaves<br \/>\nHandful of fresh coriander<br \/>\nLemon juice<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>In a skillet\/ kadai, add 2 tbsp oil &amp; stir fry the mushrooms until moist. Remove &amp; set aside.<br \/>\nIn the same kadai, add ghee, cloves, cardamom, cinnamon &amp; let it fry for 30 secs.<br \/>\nNow add the onion, ginger-garlic paste &amp; saute until translucent.<br \/>\nAdd the tomato puree, spices- cumin, coriander, chilli powder, garam masala, pepper &amp; salt. Cook until tomato puree thickens.<br \/>\nAdd the mushrooms, cream &amp; cook for 5 mins.<br \/>\nStir in the fenugreek &amp; coriander leaves. Mix well.
