Melt butter in a pan, sear prawns both sides until pink and season it with salt and pepper. Set aside<br \/>\n2. Cook spaghetti according to package<br \/>\n3. Meanwhile, heat olive oil in a large pan<br \/>\n4. Fry garlic until golden over medium to low heat<br \/>\n5. Stir in prawns and cooked spaghetti over medium heat<br \/>\n6. Add chili flakes (if using), salt, msg (if using), black pepper and mix again<br \/>\n7. Add basil leaves and mix until just wilted and off the heat<br \/>\n8.
