Heat oil in a wok, fry shallots until golden brown, remove fried shallot (leave the oil in the wok) and set aside<br \/>\n2. In the same wok, over high heat add beaten eggs, stir and scramble the eggs until cooked<br \/>\n3. Add meatballs, cooked rice and seasoning ingredients, toss to combine for 10 mins until dry<br \/>\n4.
