{"id":9042,"date":"2022-05-11T09:49:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-11T01:49:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9042"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:50:57","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:50:57","slug":"shakshuka-mouracooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/shakshuka-mouracooks","title":{"rendered":"Shakshuka"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Shakshuka Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1 large onion, diced<br \/>\n6 large eggs<br \/>\n4 medium tomatoes, diced<br \/>\n3 garlic gloves, minced<br \/>\n1 red pepper 1\/2 yellow pepper, diced<br \/>\n1\/2 cup tomato sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground coriander<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil<br \/>\nsprinkle of crushed pepper flakes (optional)<br \/>\nchopped parsley to garnish<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Heat olive oil in a large skillet. Add onions and cook until translucent.<br \/>\nAdd garlic, peppers &amp; spices. Mix well and cook until vegetables have softened (about 5 minutes).<br \/>\nAdd the diced tomatoes and tomato sauce. Cover and let simmer on medium heat for 10-15 minutes.<br \/>\nOnce the mixture has thickened, use a wooden spoon to make six wells. Gently crack an egg into each one.<br \/>\nReduce the heat, cover and cook on low until the egg whites are set.<br \/>\nAdd crushed red pepper flakes and parsley to garnish.
