{"id":9000,"date":"2022-05-10T15:25:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T07:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=9000"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:04","slug":"fried-kani-kimchi-rice-balls-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/fried-kani-kimchi-rice-balls-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Fried Kani Kimchi Rice Balls"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Fried Kani Kimchi Rice Balls Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>150 gr crab stick\/kani, shredded<br \/>\n1\/2 cup kimchi, roughly chopped<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup steamed rice<br \/>\n3 tbsp kimchi juice<br \/>\n2 cloves garlic, grated<br \/>\n1\/2 onion, minced<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp gochujang<br \/>\n2 tbsp butter<br \/>\n1 tbsp sesame oil<br \/>\n2 nori sheets, shredded<br \/>\n1\/4 cup green onions, sliced<br \/>\n1\/2 cup Cubed Mozzarella cheese<br \/>\n1 cup Panko<br \/>\n1\/4 cup APF<br \/>\n1 egg 1 tbsp water, whisk<br \/>\n2 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\nSalt if needed<br \/>\nOil for deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Melt butter, fry onion and garlic until translucent<br \/>\n2. Add kimchi and stir fry for a min<br \/>\n3. Add rice, gochujang, soy sauce, sugar, kimchi juice, black pepper and salt if using. Stir to combine<br \/>\n4. Then add crab stick\/kani and seaweed, mix<br \/>\n5. Off the heat, add spring onion and drizzle sesame oil. give it another good stir. Let the mixture to cool in the fridge<br \/>\n6. Grab a handful of rice mixture, flatten then put a cheese cube in the middle and form into ball<br \/>\n7. Coat balls with APF then egg mixture, and dredge onto panko bread crumbs<br \/>\n8. Heat oil, deep fry balls over medium heat until golden brown, for a min or two (fry them in batches)<br \/>\n9.
