Mix ingredients for baked oats (except apples)<br \/>\n2. (Optional) Cover apples with water, sweetener, lemon juice &amp; cinnamon powder &#8211; and microwave on high for 2 mins or until soften<br \/>\n3. Preheat oven to 190<br \/>\n4. Mix 3\/4 apples into the oats batter<br \/>\n5. (If using powder mix) whisk everything together and microwave for 30 secs for twice until thicken<br \/>\n6. Pour 2\/3 batter in an oven-safe bowl, add fillings and cover with remaining batter<br \/>\n7. Bake for 10 mins<br \/>\n8. Meanwhile, mix ingredients for crumbles<br \/>\n9. Get bowl out after 10 mins, add toppings and bake for another 17-20 mins<br \/>\n10. Let cool for a while n serve<\/p>\n<h2>Notes<\/h2>\n<p>1. Use coconut flour for extra fluffiness and a bit of coconut aroma only so it\u2019s definitely optional<br \/>\n2. If using whey protein, add less liquid<br \/>\n3.
