{"id":8997,"date":"2022-05-10T15:05:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T07:05:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8997"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:04","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:04","slug":"eggplant-aubergine-flower-reznacooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/eggplant-aubergine-flower-reznacooks","title":{"rendered":"Eggplant (Aubergine) Flower"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Egg Plant (Aubergine) Flower Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 -Aubergine peeled<br \/>\n2-Egg<br \/>\nSalt to taste<br \/>\n1 tsp- Methi ( dried fenugreek leaves)<br \/>\n1.5 tsp Smoked paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp- Garlic powder<br \/>\n1 tsp- Chilli flake<br \/>\n1 tsp- Cumin powder<br \/>\n3- Stem of spring onion chopped<br \/>\n1 tbs- Milk<br \/>\n1 Cup of panko breadcrumbs ( use any bread crumbs of your choice)<br \/>\nOil to fry ( or air fry )<br \/>\nMums original spicy DZ algerienne dipping sauce @original_foods<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cut the aubergine down in vertical forming strips.<br \/>\nWash and towel dry<br \/>\nIn a bowl add eggs and all the above ingredients in any order and whisk using a folk.
