{"id":8978,"date":"2022-05-10T12:25:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-10T04:25:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8978"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:10","slug":"pad-thai-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/pad-thai-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Pad Thai"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Pad Thai Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>300 gr dried rice noodle<br \/>\n200 gr chicken breast or thigh, sliced<br \/>\n200 gr deshelled shrimps<br \/>\n3 tbsp dried shrimp, finely chopped<br \/>\n1 small onion, sliced<br \/>\n5 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n2 1\/2 cups (150 gr) bean sprouts<br \/>\n80 gr chives, cut into 6 cm<br \/>\n5 eggs, beaten<br \/>\n200 gr firm tofu, thinly sliced<br \/>\n1\/4 cup vegetable oil more for pan fry<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning Sauce (Premixed)<\/h2>\n<p>3 tbsp tamarind liquid<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp palm sugar<br \/>\n2 tbsp white sugar<br \/>\n3-4 tbsp fish sauce<br \/>\n2 tsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp oyster sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp white Pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp Chili sauce\/sriracha<\/p>\n<h2>Toppings<\/h2>\n<p>Lime wedges<br \/>\nChili flakes<br \/>\nChopped peanut<br \/>\nCilantro<br \/>\nBean sprouts<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Heat 2-3 tbsp of oil in a pan, pan fry tofu, shrimp and chicken until just cooked and browned, individually<br \/>\n3. In a pot, boil water and cook rice noodle until al dente or according to package. Drain and set aside<br \/>\n4. In a large pan or wok. Heat oil over high heat, saute\u0301 onion and garlic until fragrant and translucent add in dried shrimps and stir for a min then push it to one side of the wok\/pan, then pour in egg onto the other side, let it set for secs and scramble<br \/>\n5. Add in rice noodle, chicken, shrimp, tofu and sauce mixture, stir until all mixed evenly<br \/>\n6.
