Combine all the Kani Mayo ingredients in a bowl (except lettuce), mix well<br \/>\n2. Combine and mix well the rice ingredients in a bowl and store in the fridge for 1 hr<br \/>\n3. Place one seaweed sheet in a working surface<br \/>\n4. Top with rice in the center followed by lettuce, kani mayo mixture and cover with more rice<br \/>\n5. Fold the edges of the seaweed to the centre to wrap\/ close the sandwich<br \/>\n6.
