Mix together the yogurt and the powders and coat the paneer, pepper and red onion evenly.<br \/>\n2. Layer the paneer onto the spike and cook at 200C for around 25 &#8211; 30mins.<br \/>\n3. Wet the pitta with a few tbsp of water and place in the oven for a couple of minutes.<br \/>\n4.
