Have a cup of water beside you to dip your fingers in to help the dough from sticking to your hands.<br \/>\nBoil the balls in a pot for 5-10 minutes. Drain and set aside to cool down.<br \/>\nIn a separate bowl, add 2 (750g) Astro yogurt, salt to taste, sprinkle dried mint and 2 garlic cloves (crushed). Add the bulgur balls to the yogurt, mix well and refrigerate for a few hours before serving.
