Cut a slice of orange for decoration. For the rest, zest the skin, then pick out and shred the orange pulps (save the orange juice while shredding the pulp coz we DO NOT waste food)<br \/>\n2. Mix dry ingredients together then add liquid and orange<br \/>\n3. Preheat oven to 190<br \/>\n4. Spray n grease skillet\/ oven-safe bowl with oil and add 2\/3 of the oat mixture<br \/>\n5. Add fillings in the middle n cover with remaining batter<br \/>\n6. Bake for 13 mins then take out<br \/>\n7. Slightly press the candied orange in the middle and protein bar around (don\u2019t press too hard or else the fillings will spill out)<br \/>\n8.
