{"id":8890,"date":"2022-05-08T10:35:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-08T02:35:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8890"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:28","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:28","slug":"donuts-mouracooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/donuts-mouracooks","title":{"rendered":"Donuts"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Donuts Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>2 cups all purpose flour<br \/>\n3\/4 cup warm milk<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp yeast<br \/>\n4 tbsp butter, melted<br \/>\n3 tbsp granulated sugar<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp yeast<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp vanilla extract<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<\/p>\n<h2>Topping<\/h2>\n<p>Powdered sugar<br \/>\nDulce de Leche<br \/>\nCinnamon sugar: 6 tbsp sugar &amp; 1 tsp cinnamon mix together<br \/>\nChocolate dip: 3 cups icing sugar, 8 tbsp cocoa powder, 4 tbsp milk, 2 tsp vanilla extract. Sift icing sugar &amp; cocoa powder. Add vanilla &amp; milk, mix all together.<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Warm 1\/2 cup milk. Stir in yeast and 1 tbsp sugar. Cover the bowl and set aside for 5-10 minutes.<br \/>\nIn a large bowl combine flour, baking powder, salt and remaining 2 tbsp sugar. Add the melted butter, vanilla extract &amp; yeast mixture.<br \/>\nMix all together then pour in remaining 1\/4 cup milk.<br \/>\nKnead for a few minutes until you have a soft dough. Cover and let the dough rise for an hour.<br \/>\nRoll your dough out on a floured surface to about 1\/2\u201d thick. We used a round cutter and a bottle cap to cut out the centre of the donuts.<br \/>\nPlace cut out donuts on a tray, cover and let them rise for 30 minutes.<br \/>\nFry the donuts on med\/high for about 1 minute on each side until they turn a brown colour.
