Saute the mashed ingredients.<br \/>\n2. Add palm sugar and salt. Stir.<br \/>\n3. Put the chicken in.<br \/>\n4. Add water until half of the chicken drowned. Bring to boil in medium heat.<br \/>\n5. Cover the pan with lid.<br \/>\n6. In about 10 minutes, flip the chicken. Cover it again for another 10 minutes.<br \/>\n7. Turn off the heat. Roast the chicken in the oven at temperature 200c<br \/>\n8. Spread the sauce on chicken. When it&#8217;s brown, flip the chicken and spread the sauce on the other side.<br \/>\n9.
