{"id":8840,"date":"2022-05-07T16:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-07T08:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8840"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:34","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:34","slug":"stuffed-cabbage-meandmyfood2020","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/stuffed-cabbage-meandmyfood2020","title":{"rendered":"Stuffed Cabbage"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Stuffed Cabbage Ingredients (Makes About 8-10 Rolls)<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For the sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n3 cans of tomato sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of minced onions<br \/>\n3 cloves of garlic, minced<br \/>\n1-2 cups of sauerkraut<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Saute\u0301 garlic and onions with 1 Tbsp olive oil, then add tomato sauce, let simmer for 5 minutes.<\/p>\n<h2>For The Filling<\/h2>\n<p>1.5 lbs ground beef (ground chicken was used too for the theme only)<br \/>\n3 cloves minced garlic<br \/>\n1\/2 cup minced onion<br \/>\n1\/2 cup of raw rice<br \/>\n1\/4 cup Parsley, minced<br \/>\n1 Tbsp salt<br \/>\nSome black pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1 core the cabbage and place the whole head in a big pot of water, boil for 5 minutes. Take it out and peel 10 leaves off<br \/>\n2 place a small log shaped filling on a cabbage leaf and roll it up ( it\u2019s easier if you trim off the thick part of the stem)<br \/>\n3 take a pot or a big frying pan, place generous amount of tomato sauce at the bottom, spread some sauerkraut, add the cabbage rolls and then another layer of sauce. Repeated until all rolls are placed in.<br \/>\n4 simmer the rolls for about 1-1.5 hours until the rice is cooked through.
