Preheat oven to 190C. In a bowl, mix together the softened butter and sugar. Then beat in the egg and vanilla essence.<br \/>\n2. In a separate bowl, mix together the almond flour, (make sure to sieve to ensure super fine) salt and baking powder if using.<br \/>\n3. Mix together the contents of both bowls and stir in the chocolate chunks.<br \/>\n4. Roll small walnut size balls from the dough and place on tray lined with baking paper.<br \/>\n5. Bake for 14 minutes or until the outsides of the cookie dough balls start to brown slightly.
