{"id":8821,"date":"2022-05-07T13:06:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-07T05:06:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8821"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:39","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:39","slug":"chicken-fajitas-mouracooks","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-fajitas-mouracooks","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Fajitas"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Fajitas Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>3 chicken breasts<br \/>\n1 large onion, thinly sliced<br \/>\n2 peppers (I used 1 red, 1 yellow)<br \/>\n1\/2 green pepper<br \/>\n3 tbsp olive oil, divided<br \/>\n1 lime<br \/>\n1 tsp seasoning salt<br \/>\n1 tsp paprika<br \/>\n1 tsp garlic powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chili powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp fajita seasoning<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\nMarble cheese, shredded<br \/>\n1 bag @dempstersbakery tortilla wraps<br \/>\nSour cream<br \/>\nSalsa<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cut onions into slivers &amp; slice peppers.<br \/>\nIn a bowl combine 1 tbsp olive oil, juice of half a lime, spices &amp; salt. Cut each chicken breast horizontally and then into thin strips and toss with the spice mixture.<br \/>\nPreheat 1 tbsp olive oil over med heat and add chicken. Cook chicken well (about 5-8mins). Remove from pan and set aside.<br \/>\nAdd 1 tbsp olive oil and add onions. Cook for a few mins. Add sliced peppers and cook until tender. Add chicken back to the pan and stir to combine. Sprinkle 1 tbsp fajita seasoning and squirt remaining half a lime and mix well.<br \/>\nAdd mixture in centre of tortilla wrap. Add salsa and shredded marble cheese, roll and press on grill.
