{"id":8817,"date":"2022-05-07T12:26:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-07T04:26:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8817"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:51:42","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:51:42","slug":"tandoori-wings-cooksbyson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tandoori-wings-cooksbyson","title":{"rendered":"Tandoori Wings"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tandoori Wings Ingredients For Approx 12 Wings;<\/h2>\n<p>A box of chicken wings (roughly 1kg)<br \/>\n2 tbsp vegetable oil<br \/>\n3 heaped tbsp plain yogurt<br \/>\n1\/2 the juice of 1 lemon<br \/>\n1 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1 tsp ground turmeric<br \/>\n2 tsp cumin<br \/>\n1 tsp of chopped ginger<br \/>\n2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp red chilli powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp tandoori masala powder<br \/>\n4 garlic cloves (minced)<br \/>\n1 chopped green chilli<br \/>\nA few drops of red food colouring<br \/>\n2 heaped tbsp tandoori paste (pataks)<br \/>\nA sprinkle of parsley<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Wash the wings thoroughly and make little slits as you go along.<br \/>\n2. In a large bowl, mix the wings with all of the above ingredients and let marinate, preferably overnight.<br \/>\n3. When ready to cook, set the oven to 200C. Prepare a baking tray and line with foil brushed with a little oil before placing the wings on the tray. (Ensure the wings aren&#8217;t overcoated!)<br \/>\n4. Bake in the over for about 45 &#8211; 50 mins and do not turn the wings over!<br \/>\n5.
