Heat olive oil on pot. Saute the rosemary leave and garlic in. &#8211;<br \/>\n2. Put the beef in. Stir it well until water that comes out from the beef dried &#8211;<br \/>\n3. Add the onion, carrot, and celery. Mix all. &#8211;<br \/>\n4. Pour the tomato and water in. Stir again.
