Pre-heat oven to bake at 200C<br \/>\n2. In a pot, add in you water, sugar, essence, coconut oil at medium heat until it reaches a boil.<br \/>\n3. Once boiled add in your flour gradually and ensure to mix together really well. Watch out for any flour bits that haven\u2019t been fully incorporated. Let it cool for 5 mins.<br \/>\n4. In a piping bag add your churro mixture. If you don\u2019t have a big enough star tip to give that churro look don\u2019t worry you can use just a piping bag cutting the end to however big in diameter you want the churros to have.<br \/>\n5. On a baking sheet pipe out long sticks and bake for 25-30 mins flipping over halfway.<br \/>\n6. In the meantime you can make your vegan chocolate dip adding chocolate pieces to a bowl with a Tbsp of oil and microwaving it stirring every half a minute until smooth!<br \/>\n7.
