{"id":8670,"date":"2022-05-01T14:01:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-01T06:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8670"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:05","slug":"nasi-limau-cakalang-suwir-shredded-mackerel-with-lime-leaves-rice-onigiri-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/nasi-limau-cakalang-suwir-shredded-mackerel-with-lime-leaves-rice-onigiri-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Nasi Limau Cakalang Suwir (Shredded Mackerel With Lime Leaves Rice Onigiri)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Nasi Limau Cakalang Suwir Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>Seaweed sheets, cut into long strips<br \/>\nOnigiri mold<br \/>\nA bowl of water<\/p>\n<h2>Mackerel<\/h2>\n<p>400 gr shredded roasted mackerel<br \/>\nA bunch basil leaves<br \/>\n2 tomatoes, smashed<br \/>\n100 ml water<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp lime juice<br \/>\n1\/4 cup oil<\/p>\n<h2>Seasonings(premixed)<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 tbsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tbsp sweet soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Aromatic<\/h2>\n<p>3 bay leaves<br \/>\n5 cm galangal, bruised<br \/>\n2 lemongrass, bruised<br \/>\n6 kaffir lime leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Paste Spices<\/h2>\n<p>4 garlic cloves<br \/>\n7 small shallots<br \/>\n2 candlenut<br \/>\n1 tsp coriander powder<br \/>\n5 cm of each turmeric and ginger<br \/>\n10 bird\u2019s eye chilies<br \/>\n150 gr long chilies<\/p>\n<h2>Rice<\/h2>\n<p>11-13 heaping cups hot cooked Japanese rice<br \/>\n10 eggs, beaten<br \/>\n18 small shallots, minced<br \/>\n10 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n20 kaffir lime leaves, minced<br \/>\n3 lemongrass, bruised<br \/>\n20 bird\u2019s eye chili (adjust to taste), minced<br \/>\nSalt<br \/>\nSugar<br \/>\nChicken stock powder<br \/>\nOil<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>MACKEREL<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Blend paste spices ingredients in a food processor<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a large pan, saute\u0301 blended spices until darken in color for 5 mins, add aromatic spices and cook for 2 mins then add smashed tomatoes<br \/>\n3. Lower the heat, add shredded mackerel tuna, seasoning ingredients and water<br \/>\n4. Turn the heat to high, mix until well combined for 2-3 mins<br \/>\n5. Add basil leaves, stir until just wilted. Off the heat, squeeze some lime juice, discard aromatic spices<br \/>\n<em><strong>RICE<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Transfer cooked rice into a bowl<br \/>\n3. Scramble eggs and season with salt<br \/>\n4. Heat 1 tbsp oil in a pan, saute\u0301 minced shallots, garlic, kaffir lime leaves and chili for 2 mins<br \/>\n5. Add in lemongrass, 2 tsp chicken stock powder, 1 tsp salt, 1 tsp sugar. Stir for 2-3 mins until darken in color<br \/>\n6. Transfer saute\u0301 ingredients, and srambled eggs into the rice, add 2-3 tsp salt, 1 tsp chicken stock powder and 1 tsp sugar. Mix well, discard lemongrass<br \/>\nUse onigiri mold. Scoop 2 tbsp rice into the mold.
