{"id":8668,"date":"2022-05-01T13:41:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-01T05:41:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8668"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:05","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:05","slug":"cheesecake-brownies-kristelskitchenblog","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/cheesecake-brownies-kristelskitchenblog","title":{"rendered":"Cheesecake Brownies"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Cheesecake Brownies Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Cheesecake layer:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n200g cream cheese at room temperature<br \/>\n1 egg at room temp.<br \/>\n1\/2 cup sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n<em><strong>Brownie layer:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n100g butter<br \/>\n1 cup sugar<br \/>\n2 eggs at room temp.<br \/>\n1 tsp vanilla<br \/>\n100g chopped chocolate<br \/>\n1 cup flour (120g)<br \/>\n1\/4 cup cocoa powder<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>Mix the cheesecake ingredients together in a bowl until smooth and set aside. In another big bowl, add the butter and melt in the microwave.<br \/>\nAdd the sugar to the melted butter and place them in the microwave for 30 sec. Repeat until melted then add the chopped chocolate.<br \/>\nStir to melt. Add the eggs and vanilla and mix well.<br \/>\nAdd the flour, cocoa powder and salt and mix just until everything is combined.<br \/>\nScoop 1\/2 a cup of the brownie mix, stir in 2 tbsp of water and mix (this will be the swirl design on top).<br \/>\nIn a baking dish lined with parchment paper, pour the brownie batter followed by the cheesecake mix.<br \/>\nDrop dollops of the brownie batter mixed with water and with a toothpick or knife make big swirl designs.<br \/>\nBake in a preheated oven on 180C for 30 minutes. Don\u2019t over bake! Let cool entirely then place in the fridge for an hour before cutting.
