{"id":8658,"date":"2022-05-01T12:01:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-01T04:01:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8658"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:08","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:08","slug":"chilli-paneer-cooksbyson","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chilli-paneer-cooksbyson","title":{"rendered":"Chilli Paneer"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chilli Paneer Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For the Paneer:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n225g paneer (diced)<br \/>\n2 tbsp plain flour<br \/>\n4 tbsp cornflour<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp black pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chilli powder<br \/>\n1 tsp salt<br \/>\n3 tbsp oil<br \/>\n<em><strong>For The Sauce:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n2 tbsp cooking oil<br \/>\nHalf a red onion (cut into big chunks)<br \/>\nHalf a red pepper (cut into big chunks)<br \/>\nHalf a green pepper (cut into big chunks)<br \/>\n2 small green chillies (cut lengthwise)<br \/>\n2 spring onions<br \/>\n1 and 1\/2 tbsp chopped garlic<br \/>\n1tbsp chopped ginger<br \/>\n1tbsp sriracha sauce<br \/>\n1tbsp honey<br \/>\n2 tbsp dark soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp light soy sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp cornflour 2 tbsp water (solution)<br \/>\n1\/2 tbsp crushed black pepper<br \/>\n1 tbsp lemon juice<br \/>\nA couple of drops of red food colouring<br \/>\nWater<br \/>\nSalt to taste<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. To prepare the paneer, mix together the flours and powders and add water to mixture until a thick and runny paste is formed. (You should be able to coat a single piece of paneer very easily.)<br \/>\n2. Heat the oil in a pan and transfer the coated paneer individually to fry until golden brown. Once done, take them out and let drain on a paper towel.<br \/>\n3. For the sauce, heat the oil in a wok and add the garlic, ginger and chillies until flagrant.<br \/>\n4. In the same wok, add the onions and fry for a minute. Then add the peppers until they begin to soften slightly.<br \/>\n5. Add the sriracha sauce, honey, soy sauces, black pepper, lemon juice and food colouring and stir fry until sauces are combined and pepper and onions are coated well.<br \/>\n6. Add the solution of cornflour and water followed by some salt to taste. Keep stirring the mixture until it becomes thick and add the fried paneer. (Taste sauce and add extra soy sauce, honey or salt if required.)<br \/>\n7.
