Combine all of the dry ingredients for baked oats together in a bowl<br \/>\n2. Mix in egg, water, and vanilla extract<br \/>\n3. Add and mix in chopped nectarine<br \/>\n4. Preheat oven to 200<br \/>\n5. Mix ricotta cheese with maple syrup\/ honey in a separate bowl<br \/>\n6. Whisk rolled oats, salt, and cinnamon powder in an other bowl<br \/>\n7. Combine everything with maple syrup, then add in few chopped nectarines<br \/>\n8. Transfer 2\/3 mixture into an oven-safe bowl<br \/>\n9. Add fillings in and cover with remaining batter<br \/>\n10. Place crumbles on top and bake for 18 mins in the middle rack<br \/>\n11. Transfer the bowl to the highest and bake for another 2-5 mins<br \/>\n12.
