Toast the sesame in a pan to release the fragrance for about 5 minutes. Remove and grind into a powder<br \/>\n2. Put all ingredients with the sesame powder in a stand mixer for about 10 mins using the dough hood on low setting until a smooth dough is formed.<br \/>\n3. Leave the dough in a greased bowl covered with plastic wrap and let it proof to double the size, about 60-90 minutes<br \/>\n4. Punch the proofed dough down to release the air and divide it evenly into 12 pieces<br \/>\n5. Knead and fold the dough into a round shape and create a smooth outer surface<br \/>\n6. Place the buns in a lined steamer (parchment paper with some holes or non stick silicone liner will do), rest in the oven with the light on and a cup of hot water for about 20 minutes<br \/>\n7. Put the steamer over a wok with cold water in it, turn up the heat, once start boiling, drop the heat to medium and steam for 12 minutes<br \/>\n8.
