{"id":8635,"date":"2022-05-01T08:21:00","date_gmt":"2022-05-01T00:21:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8635"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:17","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:17","slug":"tahu-walik-fried-crispy-tofu-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/tahu-walik-fried-crispy-tofu-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Tahu Walik (Fried Crispy Tofu)"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Tahu Walik (Fried Crispy Tofu) Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>40 tofu puffs<br \/>\n400 gr ground chicken<br \/>\n1 1\/2 cup tapioca flour<br \/>\n1 cup APF<br \/>\n2 tbsp minced Garlic<br \/>\n14 small shallots, thinly sliced<br \/>\n3 stalk scallions, chopped<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n250-280 ml cold water<br \/>\nOil for shallow\/deep frying<\/p>\n<h2>Seasoning<\/h2>\n<p>2 tsp sesame oil<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n2 1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n1 tsp chicken stock powder<br \/>\n1 1\/2 tsp sugar<br \/>\n1 tsp white pepper<\/p>\n<h2>Dipping Sauce<\/h2>\n<p>Chopped mix green and red bird eye chilies combine with sweet soy sauce and a little soy sauce<\/p>\n<h2>Steps<\/h2>\n<p>1. Deep fry chopped shallots until golden brown, strain set aside<br \/>\n2. Slit a tofu on one side to make a pocket, then turn the tofu inside out. Do the remaining<br \/>\n3. Take the excess tofu crumbles and put in a bowl<br \/>\n4. Combine chicken, flours, garlic, scallions, fried shallots, egg, tofu crumbles, water and all seasoning ingredients mix until well combine<br \/>\n5. Take one tofu, and stuff it with the chicken mixture about 1-2 tbsp. Do the remaining<br \/>\n6. Heat 2-3 inch of oil in a deep large pan until hot<br \/>\n7. over medium heat, fry tofu in a few batches, 5-7 pieces at a time, don\u2019t over crowd the pan. And fry 2-3 min on each side until golden brown<br \/>\n8.
