Add water and cook lentils on med\/high heat until they begin to soften (about 15 minutes).<br \/>\nIn a separate frying pan, heat 3 tbsp of olive oil. Add onions and garlic and saute\u0301 until translucent.<br \/>\nAfter lentils have cooked, add chopped swiss chard, potatoes &amp; spices\u2019. Reduce heat to med\/low, cover the pot and cook for another 10 minutes.<br \/>\nAdd onions &amp; lemon juice, stir and cook for an additional 5 minutes on low. Plate and squirt more lemon if you like it extra-lemony.
