Remove top layer of foam. After 10 minutes lower the heat to medium and cook for an additional 20 minutes)<\/em><\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>Cover beans completely with water and boil for about 20 minutes on med heat. Empty their water in a colander and rinse well.<br \/>\nIn a large pot add olive oil and onions. Saute\u0301 until translucent then add garlic and cook for a few more minutes.<br \/>\nAdd cooked beef chunks &amp; spices, mix well. Add beans, tomato paste &amp; water.<br \/>\nBring to a boil then lower heat to med\/low and simmer for 20 minutes. Serve with vermicelli rice.<br \/>\nWe like ours thick.
