Whisk all dry ingredients for crust in a bowl, then mix with Greek yogurt until dough form<br \/>\n2. Press down the base in a lined ramekin<br \/>\n3. Wash and cut strawberries into half<br \/>\n4. Use kitchen towel to dry them and place them around the ramekin<br \/>\n5. If there\u2019s more strawberries left, cut smaller and place them on the bottom of the cheesecake mixture<br \/>\n6. Mix yogurt with ricotta cheese, soy protein, and maple syrup<br \/>\n7. Melt gelatine into hot water<br \/>\n8. Mix gelatine water with yogurt mixture until smooth<br \/>\n9.
