Preheat the oven to 300F<br \/>\n2. Cream the butter and sugar until light and fluffy, stir in salt and almond extract<br \/>\n3. Mix the almond flour and the whole wheat flour well into the butter mixture<br \/>\n4. Roll the dough into small balls, place on the parchment lined cookie tray, bake for 45 minutes<br \/>\n5. Roll the puffs in powdered sugar while they are warm. Cool completely and roll again on the powdered sugar.
