{"id":8508,"date":"2022-04-29T14:34:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-29T06:34:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8508"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:37","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:37","slug":"chicken-ball-curry-stirwithme","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chicken-ball-curry-stirwithme","title":{"rendered":"Chicken Ball Curry"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chicken Ball Curry Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Chicken balls<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n500 gr ground chicken thigh<br \/>\n3 garlic cloves, minced<br \/>\n1\/3 cup chopped scallions<br \/>\n1\/3 cup panko breadcrumbs<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n1 tbsp fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp soy sauce<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp pepper<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp chicken powder<br \/>\n1 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n1\/4 cup water<br \/>\n2 tbsp vegetable oil<\/p>\n<h2>Curry<\/h2>\n<p>200 ml coconut cream<br \/>\n2 cups chicken broth<br \/>\n3 medium carrot &#8211; cut into bite size pieces<br \/>\n10 kaffir lime leaves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp white pepper<br \/>\n2-3 tbsp palm sugar (or brown)<br \/>\n2 tbsp fish sauce<br \/>\n1 tbsp lime juice<br \/>\n3 tbsp vegetable oil<\/p>\n<h2>Spices To Paste<\/h2>\n<p>100 gr long Chili<br \/>\n2 stalk lemongrass, take only white parts<br \/>\n6 garlic cloves<br \/>\n10 small shallots<br \/>\nA thumb size galangal<br \/>\n3-4 coriander\/cilantro roots<br \/>\n1 tbsp shrimp paste<br \/>\n1 tsp ground coriander<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp ground cumin<br \/>\n1 tbsp oil<br \/>\n3 Water<\/p>\n<h2>Garnish (Optional)<\/h2>\n<p>Sliced chilli<br \/>\nFresh coriander \/ cilantro leaves<\/p>\n<h2>Steps To Make<\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>Chicken balls<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Combine all chicken balls ingredients in a bowl (except oil) mix well<br \/>\n2. Form the chicken mixture into small balls<br \/>\n3. Heat oil in a pan, pan sear balls over high heat in batches for 1 min on each sides<br \/>\n4. Remove and set aside<br \/>\n<em><strong>Curry<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1. Blend all spices for paste ingredients in a food processor until smooth and pasty<br \/>\n2. Heat oil in a pan, add curry paste and kaffir lime leaves saute until darken in color for 3-5 mins<br \/>\n3. Add chicken broth, bring it to a boil. Add carrot and cover. Simmer over low heat until the carrot is tender<br \/>\n4. Add coconut cream and the remaining curry ingredients (except lime juice) and chicken balls. Cover and simmer for 5-10mins<br \/>\n5. Lastly add lime juice. Off the heat<br \/>\n6. serve it with steam rice and omelette egg.
