{"id":8494,"date":"2022-04-29T12:14:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-29T04:14:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8494"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:52:40","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:52:40","slug":"chocolate-tarts-beebskitchen","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/chocolate-tarts-beebskitchen","title":{"rendered":"Chocolate Tarts"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Chocolate Tarts <strong>Ingredients<\/strong><\/h2>\n<p><em><strong>For the Tart shells:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n1 large egg<br \/>\n122g sugar<br \/>\n115g butter<br \/>\n265g flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp cocoa powder<br \/>\n<em><strong>For the Filling:<\/strong><\/em><br \/>\n300g milk chocolate<br \/>\n20g butter<br \/>\n240ml heavy cream<\/p>\n<h2>Directions<\/h2>\n<p>Mix all of butter, sugar and egg together with a hand mixer until creamy then add the flour and cocoa powder gradually.<br \/>\nMix well and then continue kneading with hand, until all the dough is combined.<br \/>\nDivide the dough into small balls. Press each ball gently in a tart shell.<br \/>\nPick the base with a fork and bake for 15 minutes at 180C.<br \/>\nChop the chocolate into small pieces.<br \/>\nHeat the heavy cream then add the chocolate and butter to it, stir until all melted.<br \/>\nPour the chocolate filling in the tart crust.<br \/>\nRefrigerate the tart overnight or until set (not before 4 hours).<br \/>\nSprinkle some cocoa powder and decorate with chocolate curls or whipped cream.
