Mash them into a \u201cpuree\u201d, add maple syrup, and set aside to cool.<br \/>\nMelt chocolate and place about 1.5-2 tsp in each muffin liners and tilt them to coat the sides. Refrigerate\/freeze until hardened.<br \/>\nAdd a spoonful of \u201cpuree\u201d in each cup, then cover the top with another spoonful of chocolate.
