In a small bowl, combine the pure creamed coconut with boiling water and stir well until a thick mixture forms.<br \/>\n2. In a larger bowl, melt the white chocolate chips together with the butter and creamed coconut mixture in the microwave for about one minute.<br \/>\n3. Add the double cream and approx 8 tbsp of desiccated coconut and mix well. Cover with cling film and leave to cool in the refrigerator for about an hour and a half.<br \/>\n4. Remove from the fridge and roll small sized balls from the mixture. (Optional &#8211; push a hazelnut into the centre and roll again so it&#8217;s firmly inside!)<br \/>\n5. The balls should be easy to form in your palm, but still sticky so that the remaining desiccated coconut can be sprinkled on top and cover the outer edges completely.
