Mix together with chopsticks or spoon,until well combine<br \/>\nCarefully peel off wrapper one at a time, place the pointy edge of the wrapper in front of you into a cutting board or a working surface.<br \/>\nscoop out 1 tsp of filling and place it on the bottom of the wrapper.<br \/>\nRoll up halfway, fold left and right sides into the centre.<br \/>\nThen roll it up. Rub flour mixture to seal. Repeat for the remaining<br \/>\nHeat good amount of oil, in a large deep pan. Over medium-high heat, fry few spring rolls at a time do not over crowd the pan.<br \/>\nFry them until golden brown for 3-5 mins then remove and drain onto a wire rack.
