Pre-heat the oven to bake at 200C. Get each potato and put it between two chopsticks as a guide. Slice through the potato (be careful not to cut all the way through on both ends).<br \/>\n2. In a mixing bowl combine the vegan butter, oil, garlic, salt, pepper and any other seasonings you like!<br \/>\n3. Placing a baking sheet on a oven tray, place your hassle backed potatoes on the tray coating each one and their slices with the garlic butter mixture (make sure you get the nooks and crannies).<br \/>\n4. Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 200C.<br \/>\n5. Once almost cooked, re-coat any left over garlic butter and sprinkle your dried herbs and vegan cheese.
