{"id":821,"date":"2022-02-18T10:30:00","date_gmt":"2022-02-18T18:30:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=821"},"modified":"2026-03-09T21:05:10","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T13:05:10","slug":"apple-cinnamon-roll-healthie_tastes","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/apple-cinnamon-roll-healthie_tastes","title":{"rendered":"Apple Cinnamon Roll"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>30g salted caramel soy isolate protein (from @myvegan )<br \/>\n10g vital wheat gluten flour (from @bobredmill )<br \/>\n5g okara powder (can sub with bread flour)<br \/>\n15g bread flour<br \/>\nHalf flaxegg (5g flax meals and 20g water) (can sub with yogurt\/ apple pure\/ egg white\u2026)<br \/>\n4g active dry yeast<br \/>\n1g baking powder<br \/>\n6g Cinnamon powder<br \/>\n8g erythritol<br \/>\n60g water<br \/>\nA bit of salt<br \/>\nLemon juice<br \/>\n1\/2 apple (optional)<br \/>\nYogurt\/ cream cheese (optional for toppings)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1. Mix 5g grounded flaxseed, 1g baking powder, and 20g water<br \/>\n2. Let them sit for 15 mins<br \/>\n3. Mix yeast and water, let sit for 15 mins<br \/>\n4. Mix protein powder, wheat gluten, bread flour, okara flour, and pinch of salt together<br \/>\n5. Combine flaxegg, yeast water and floursssss together<br \/>\n6. Form a dough and place in a greased bowl<br \/>\n7. Wait for 20-30 mins for the dough to rise a bit<br \/>\n8. Meanwhile, cut the apples into thin slices and place them on a microwave-safe plate<br \/>\n9. Add in lemon juice and some water into the plate and microwave those apples for around 2 mins until soften<br \/>\n10. Then slightly dry them out with Kitchen paper<br \/>\n11. Preheat the oven at 180 (upper) and 200 (lower)<br \/>\n12. Separate the dough in 3<br \/>\n13. Flour the surface and roll one dough as a long triangle<br \/>\n14. Brush a bit of water on top and sprinkle the cinnamon and sugar mix<br \/>\n15. Add apples on top and fold like the 3rd photo<br \/>\n16. Roll one of the roll up and repeat the previous 3 steps<br \/>\n17. Connect the dough by head to end (not sure how to explain but u know) and roll 2 rolls into 1<br \/>\n18. Roll 3 of them up<br \/>\n19. Bake for ard 22-25 mins, let cool and serve with cream cheese or yogurt on top<br \/>\nP.S. I have tried so many different version and came out with this. Might not be the best taste but probably one of the best macros\u2019 rolls.
