Soak oats overnight (optional)<br \/>\n2. The next morning, cook oatmeal, carrot shreds and pinch of salt on medium-low heat for 5 mins or until thicken<br \/>\n3. Mix oatmeal with protein powder, turmeric and pumpkin spice in a bowl, add more hot water if needed<br \/>\n4. Place sliced pears on top of the oatmeal and sprinkle cinnamon powder on top<br \/>\n5.
