{"id":8167,"date":"2022-04-24T09:24:00","date_gmt":"2022-04-24T01:24:00","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/?p=8167"},"modified":"2026-03-09T20:53:45","modified_gmt":"2026-03-09T12:53:45","slug":"crispy-cauliflower-whenmeateatsveg","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/resepmamiku.com\/en\/crispy-cauliflower-whenmeateatsveg","title":{"rendered":"Crispy Cauliflower"},"content":{"rendered":"<h2>Crispy Cauliflower Ingredients<\/h2>\n<p>1\/2 Cauliflower head (split up into bite pieces)<br \/>\n100g Panko Breadcrumbs<br \/>\nAquafaba from a Chickpea Can<br \/>\n1 Tsp Schwartz Cumin<br \/>\n1 Tsp Schwartz Turmeric<br \/>\n1 Tsp Schwartz Garlic Salt<br \/>\n1 Tsp Schwartz Black Pepper<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Oil<br \/>\n5 Tbsp Ketchup<br \/>\n5 Tbsp Chilli Sauce<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Vinegar<br \/>\n3 Tbsp Honea\/Maple Syrup<br \/>\n2 Tbsp Soy Sauce<br \/>\n4 Cloves Garlic (minced)<\/p>\n<h2>Method<\/h2>\n<p>1 Pre-heat the oven to bake at 180C<br \/>\n2 Mix in the Panko breadcrumbs and the the Schwartz Cumin, Turmeric, Garlic Salt and Black Pepper in a bowl<br \/>\n3 Transfer the liquid (Aquafaba) from a chickpea can into another bowl &#8211; this will act as our egg<br \/>\n4 Dip the cauliflower piece into the Aquafaba and coat each one into the seasoned panko breadcrumbs and transfer on a baking sheet<br \/>\n5 Bake in the oven for 30 mins at 180C<br \/>\n6 In a pot, heat up the oil and garlic until fragrant Then combine the ketchup, chilli sauce, vinegar, honey, soy sauce!
