Once your ingredients are well combined, it should feel sticky\/tacky &#8211; add in a generous amount of olive oil covering the Foccacia dough all over Tightly cover your bowl with cling film and leave the dough to rise in the fridge for 12-16 hours<br \/>\n3 After 12-16hrs, massage the dough for 2-3 mins using more olive oil if necessary In your oven tray add a generous amount of olive oil all over and transfer your dough ensuring it\u2019s covered with oil all over Cover with a cheese cloth\/towel and let it prove for 2-3 hours<br \/>\n4 After 2-3hours, preheat the oven to 210C<br \/>\n5 Your dough is ready to be dressed up!
